Judge Richard G. Stearns of the US District Court in Massachusetts granted Harvard’s motion to throw out the case, saying the antisemitic incidents cited in the administration’s March lawsuit were “too isolated and episodic” to show that Harvard is out of compliance with the law.

The #Trump admin moved Thursday to restrict the duration of #visas for #InternationalStudents, #exchange workers & #journalists.
The new rule from #DHS creates a fixed time period for F visas for students, J visas that allow visitors on #CulturalExchange programs to work in the US, & I visas for members of the #media. Those visas are currently available for the duration of the program or employment in the #US.
