@elduvelle to prove the poll result, I have a fresh update my Japanese colleagues used their post service EMS to ship stuff it took 2 days to arrive UK border and stuck there for 5 days then passed on to the useless #parcelforce who attempted to delivery to my Easter closed campus, and it was bounced and "go back to postoffice"...the problem is they didn't say which post office and no delivery note left as they claim...so 15 days later I still spend my working hour chasing this parcel

I just dispatched a reconditioned AM4 based PC to a buyer from eBay UK.
It will be interesting to see if it arrives in one piece or if Parcelforce manage to damage it en-route.
Time will tell! 😲

How does eBay have more tracking updates about Parcelforce than Parcelforce show? Both UIs stink. I only want two pieces of data - current estimated delivery time, accuracy of this estimate. Update those as much as you can. I care not what the brand of delivery vehicle is, or where various hubs and handovers are occurring.

It happened again: I ordered something from Iceland to the #UK and after waiting for it for more than a week I got a letter asking for “Import VAT” and “Clearance fee” from #parcelforce … £50… what’s the deal with this? They can just ask for whatever they want? How can you anticipate if something will get fined or not?

"Royal Mail Group takes your privacy very seriously".
But not serviously enough to be GDPR compliant on this Parcel Force collection booking page where "clicking continue" means that they "may contact you by post, telephone, email and text message." unless you tick the boxes to opt out.

It feels like all delivery companies in the UK are just incompetent. #Parcelforce "attempted to deliver but no one was available", while I waited patiently for the parcel which was already 45 minutes outside of the promised delivery window 🙄

No letter yet from #Parcelforce re my #accordion in transit from #France since the start of May. So phoned them up. Looks like it is stuck sitting in the Parcelforce "High Value Store", not even cleared for me to pay #customs yet. Aarrgghh! At best guess it may be several more weeks till I can even pay the customs fee. It might be well over another month. So yup not coming any time soon. And if we didn’t have #Brexit it would have arrived in early May … #NotProjectFear #BrexitReality #Squeezebox
