Make sure you get the newer “square” 48 with the 7ths and Diminisheds
There’s a rectangular 48 that just added a few columns to what you’ve got, with a counterbass row
In the attached it’s ringed in orange, the square 48 is brown

There might be some noise incorporated from a fan driving the sound
Or it could be a pump-organ type, which has two bellows — one to pump in air, which inflates a chamber where another bellows releases a steady stream of air through the reeds
The inner bellows is very cleverly hidden and mysterious 🤫 🪗

It would need a secondary reservoir bellows to allow for continuous airflow — that would be pretty cool 😎
