Had a say for the The Ken, courtesy Shivani Verma, on the trend of 'deinfluencing', the opposite of suggesting/pitching products for a fee from the sponsoring brand/industry. My perspective was about the monetizing aspect - if they are asking people actively to not do something (and recommending that people don't buy certain products or brands), how could they monetize such content? 🙂

FTC proposed to bar #Facebook parent company Meta from monetizing kids’ data after it says the company violated a 2020 #privacy order, the agency announced Wednesday.
According to the FTC, an independent assessor found “several gaps and weaknesses in Facebook’s privacy program” that posed “substantial risks to the public.”
Facebook spokesperson Andy Stone called the FTC's move a "political stunt.

Hey Sapiens. I hit a personal goal in the last few days: 500 subscribers. To earn any money from my videos I need 1,000 subscribers, but I'm halfway to the subscribers I need.
