Вдруг кому пригодится - из личного опыта, так сказать). #JTXboard хорошо работает с #Evolution - тогда с компом синхронизируются не только календарь и задачи, но и дневник / заметки. Синхронизировать надо через #NextCloud. Делюсь, потому что сам долго не мог найти декстопное приложение для дневника и заметок JTX. Хотя, может, это секрет полишинеля) Поддерживает дневник и заметки еще KDE Kontact. Но там как-то криво - записи дневника приходится искать через дату в календаре.

@FreitagsFrage Zum Sortieren nutze ich Ansätze aus #gettingthingsdone, also kategorisieren und in einem priorisieren. Ich habe eine 1/3/5 Regel: Arbeiten kann ich nur an einer Aufgabe, Dringend sind maximal 3, Wichtig maximal 5. Um das zu erreichen priorisiere ich zyklisch neu. Das nutze ich privat und im Job und wende es auf Mailclients / Posteingang genauso an, wie auf Projektmanagementwerkzeug und Todoliste.

Ich verwende die Android App #jtxBoard fuer #Kalender #Aufgaben und #Journale was gut funktioniert.
Das ganze wird mittels #DAVx5 Android App ueber #CalDAV zu meinem #Nextcloud synchronisiert.
Ich kann alle 3 Funktionen verwenden und alle 3 Funktionen sind in Android verfuegbar, sogar mit #KOranizer kann ich alle 3 Funktionen unter Linux verwenden.
Die einzige Einschraenkung ist online. Wie kann ich die Journale in Nextcloud sehen? Wer kennt das #Problem und die #Loesung dazu?

@blausand es gibt auch nur wenige Server, die vjournal unterstützen. #Vivaldi hat auch ein Notizen feature integriert, das aber auch nicht auf vjournal beruht... Finde ich schade, hab's mir im Forum gewünscht... Aber vjournal ist einfach gar nicht gängig. Was außer #jtxboard unterstützt den Standard denn?

Pues resulta que #NextCloud no soporta por defecto el formato VJOURNAL y no puedo sincronizar mis entradas de Journal en #jtxBoard y tengo que meterme en el servidor de #Lucuhost para activarlo por SSH. Ay mamá!!

Yo utilizo #jtxBoard junto con #DAVx5

@SteanSlh je nach Anspruch könntest Du mal die Notizenfunktion in Vivaldi direkt ausprobieren, das synchronisiert auch zwischen Desktop und Android.

Ansonsten hat #jtxboard eine "Journal" Funktion, was eine (von nicht allen Servern unterstützte weil wenig verbreitete) Teilfunktion des CalDav Protokolls ist und auch im wesentlichen Notizen darstellt

@mailbox_org Immer wieder muss ich aus Erleichterung seufzen, wenn ich sowas lese. Erleichtert, daß keine Microsoft Produkte mehr auf meinen Rechnern laufen.

mailbox.org gehört übrigens zu meinem neuen Tool-Mix - nutze Kalender, Aufgaben, Mail und Kontakte. Online Office läuft gut, aber dafür habe ich nicht wirklich einen usecase.

Aufgabenmanagement mit mailbox.org #jtxboard incl. android widgets, alerting, Schnellerfassung und #davx5 snyc - als Ersatz für todoist - funktioniert tadellos.

@surfhosting Well that's just big tech creating their somewhat closed ecosystems to lock you in with convenience. Google also hides that you need an extra app on the desktop to access their service, which is the #browser.

Speaking of #browsers the fantastic #Vivaldi browser has a calendar/tasks app built in (desktop version). Do check it out. To sync tasks with your mobile devices, you still need the DAVx5 plus something else setup, as their mobile app does not have the calendar/tasks built in. I run Vivaldi on the desktop and my devices, and on the phone I use DAVx5 plus #DigiCal for events plus the wonderful #jtxboard for tasks.

Note that Vivaldi on the desktop allows you to have tasks that are only local on that machine without syncing to some server.

(Evolution tut's auch, ist aber nicht so elegant in der Konfig, wenn man Aufgabenordner verwendet)

Daneben noch #JtxBoard für Aufgaben und Journale, weil es sich via DavX so schön über meine #NextCloud mit #Korganizer & Co verknüpfeln lässt. Auch, wenn ich immer weniger am Rechner bzw. online erledige, weil ich wieder vermehrt auf Papier, Füller & Schreibmaschine zurückgreife... das sind tolle Tools, die ich gerne unterstütze. :smile:

@hipcrime @sarah check out the brilliant android (possibly also iOS?) task and notes app #jtxboard which syncs to my #CalDav calendar on my #synology NAS via #DAVx5 - on the desktop I use the mail & Calendar client integrated in @Vivaldi. For file sync across devices I also love #syncthing @jtx @davx5app

found a new #journal solution

I set up #radicale on my vps because it supports the "memo/journal" feature of #caldav

now #evolution on my desktop, #korganizer on my laptop, and #jtxboard on my phone are all synced and will let me view and edit my journal entries

Laut #davx5 wird #opentasks nicht mehr empfohlen, da keine Weiterentwicklung stattfindet. Alternativ vorgeschlagen werden #Tasksorg (tasks.org) oder #jtxboard (jtx Board).
Beide bislang nicht getestet, bin opentasks Nutzer.

Hat das Fediverse eine Empfehlung?

@thunderbird @libreoffice no combination of both app. Thunderbird is used with #xnote and filter in a file to remember what to do thanks to mark up. Pity they are no way I know to place them as task to do. Looking for combining with #jtxboard to place journal and files in.

Früher jahrelang #opentasks benutzt, #subtasks sind aber unverzichtbar.
