Seit der Installation von tasks.org für Aufgabenlisten habe ich sehr oft die Benachrichtigung "Synchronisierung ausstehend, Daten auf dem Server haben sich geändert" von DAVx5, obwohl sich keine Daten geändert haben. Kennt das Problem noch jemand? Passiert auf beiden Geräten. Vor der Aufgabenintegration hatte ich nicht das Problem.

Mein Setup: tasks.org und DAVx5 auf Android Tablet (Samsung Galaxy Tab A) und Smartphone (Fairphone 4 mit Stock ROM), Synchronisation in selbst gehostete Nextcloud und Benachrichtigung über Unified Push via XMPP und davpush Plugin für Nextcloud.

Je viens de recevoir le #dumbermini, et je dois avouer que c'est une succession de petites joies.

#DumberOS est basé sur LineageOS, et intègre un portage du T9 (#TT9) et une implémentation native de #DAVx5 pour la synchronisation des contacts avec mon #nextcloud.

yes, but that isn't the question. The question is:
will Nextcloud Talk still sent notifications over Google Services or not (e.g. configurable as in #davx5, #molly...) 😉

Beim Wechsel zu Linux ging mir meine Lösung zur Sicherung/Synchronisation des Thunderbird-Adressbuchs verloren.

Damals bin ich auf das selbstgehostete Baikal (https://sabre.io/baikal/ ; braucht "nur" PHP) gewechselt. Seitdem Kalendar, Aufgaben und Kontakte/Adressbücher überall ordentlich wie nie. Und nicht plötzlich wieder bei Google, wenn irgendein Häkchen vergessen. 1/2

Wieso um alles in der Welt sind Kontakt-Bilder in 2026 auf 256x256 Pixel begrenzt???

Ich mein, ja ok ich will nicht unnötig ein Kontaktverzeichnis aufblähen. Aber come on, ich hätte schon gerne ein passables Anruferbild und nur Pixelmatsch 😶

Kann man das in Nextcloud irgendwo anders einstellen, oder ist mein Eindruck aus den Issues richtig, dass das hard-coded begrenzt ist? 🥲

Setup a #Nextcloud and #DAVx5 & trying to migrate all my only locally on the📱existing data to it: events and contacts.

Exported local📅 as ICS files &🪪 as vcf.
Re-imported into calendars/contacts from DAVx at my Nextcloud.

When DAVx tries to sync, lots of HTTP/500 errors. Hadn't any chance to look at the server logs, so it's just guessing atm. It always gets a few entries synced. => pushing "sync now" eventually sync everything.

Seems Nextcloud can't handle huge amounts of new entries at once?

- Gracias, @taxorubio, 📝, pero tampoco descargo tanto. Últimamente me limito a música y de manera puntual desde #soulseek.

- Gracias, @duub, 📝, pero tengo resuelto el tema de sincronización con el binomio #davx5 + #disroot. También uso #syncthing entre distintos dispositivos (de manera directa) para tener sincronizados varios archivos.

- Gracias, @colegota, ya sé que tú eres muy de #kodi, cosa que yo no, pero la estación meteo es una opción que siempre he tenido ahí. 📝 Supongo que seguiré dándole vueltas mucho tiempo... :thinking_beer:

- Gracias, @hitiki6225, 📝, hasta ahora me he apañado con #ublock_origin para navegadores, pero suena bien eso que me planteas. Igual le echo un vistazo a #pihole.

Just accidentally tapped something about "Reset certificates" in #DAVx5 and now it won't recognize my #CalDAV server of choice because of it (???). Reinstalling the app did *not* help, so I have to switch to another solution.

#DecSyncCC seems rather interesting: instead of messing with CalDAV servers, I can use #Synchting (or #SyncUp frontend for it, or other means of file synchronization) to synchronize my system calendar on Android and one on laptop. The concept is sick and I'm excited to try it out!

Wir haben soeben einen Artikel veröffentlicht, der

- die Installation und Einrichtung eines eigenen mollysockets (Docker Compose),
- die Einrichtung/Erweiterung des Webservers nginx als ReverseProxy
- und die Einrichtung der NextPush-App in Verbindung mit mollyim, tusky und davx5

für die Verwendung von Pushbenachrichtigungen auf Android-Betriebssystemen wie bspw. GrapheneOS beschreibt.

Ich nutze diese Konfiguration u.a. auf einem Pixel10a mit GrapheneOS.
Dadurch wird mein Akku geschont und ich habe mich erneut ein Stück unabhängiger von BigTech gemacht 👇

@schwertliliendame Damit die Geräte sich synchronisieren können braucht man einen Server. Nextcloud ist eine Möglichkeit, aber etwas zu viel, wenn man die anderen Funktionen von Nextcloud nicht benötigt. Ich habe mich für einen einfachen #Radicale Server entschieden (http://radicale.org/), der nur die Synchronisation von Adressbuch und Kalender erledigt. Auf dem Handy läuft #Davx5 (kostenlos bei F-Droid) und Thunderbird kann ohne weiters zutun auf Radicale zugreifen.

Fossify Kalender scheint auf meinem Android nicht zuverlässig zu synchronisieren.
Gibt es da was besseres, dass CalDav kann?
Also ich nutze zusätzlich DAVx5.

Mir werden aber zum Beispiel gerade aus einem Schreibgeschützten Kalender nur Termine bis Mtte Juli angezeigt, während in Betterbird (am PC) die termine bis Anfange September lesbar sind.

Ekstaza jaką czułem łącząc się pierwszy raz przez terminal z VPS'em we Francji, zasilanym energią atomową była niesamowita! Jak Bobra kocham czułem się, jak nerdy z Big Bang Theory wtedy, gdy połączyły się z teleskopem na orbicie i przekazały mu jakieś koordynaty. Masakra jakaś! Polecam każdemu... tylko po co?

No właśnie - po co. Przecież ten kalendarz w nextcloud się tak kiepsko synchronizuje z android, że masakra.

ODSZCZEKUJĘ:
FDroid <- to trzeba mieć nieważne kim jesteś i co robisz... Na pewno potrzebujesz w swoim życiu czegoś z FDroid. Być może jest to DAVx⁵

A w CachyOS udało mi się to właśnie teraz zintegrować przez kalendarz Merkury... Ufff. Jakie to piękne. Chyba sobie wydzielę przestrzeń roboczą na pracę... Gdy tylko ogarnę działającą hibernację w tym systemie. Z tego co widzę, system zamykając się zrzuca pamięć na partycję SWAP, ale gdy próbuje (a próbuje) odczytać te dane przy rozruchu napotyka błąd i wstaje od nowa.

Motto na dziś:
Dzień robi się coraz dłuższy, więc rzucaj sobie kłody pod nogi

Es ist zwar noch nicht wieder #diday, aber ich liege krank im Bett und nutze die Zeit mein Handy ein bisschen zu bereinigen 😁

Habe jetzt mal zur #fossify Galerie gewechselt, meiner family eine #nextcloud eingerichtet, um endlich einen gemeinsamen Kalender via #DAVx5 und ebenfalls fossify Kalender (zumindest auf meinem Handy 😅 ) nutzen zu können.

Jetzt will ich gleich noch meine Kontakte umziehen.

even just backing up the server files is not super helpful bc
a) it's nontrivial to actually run a new installation with an old DB and
b) it might just sync to the clients as "delete all that server doesn't know about"

non sabía, ou non me enterara, de que @davx5app movera o sistema de tradución a #weblate. En Transifex iniciara e traducira todo, pero desde que borrei a conta estaba abandonado. Non hai moito que traducir :) así que nas próximas semanas revisarei e traducirei o que estivese pendente.

ich bin auch noch nicht lange dabei mit meinem Pixel 7a und #grapheneos.
Aber ich hab folgende Erfahrungen.
Zuerst immer Apps aus dem #fdroid Store mit #droid-ify und #accrescent store verwenden. 2. Wahl ist #aurora Store.
#nextcloud, #davx5, #forkclient statt Telegram, #sunup als #pushclient, Passwortmanager #keepassdx, Galerie #aves, Kontakte #fossifycontacts und Kalender #etar, zum Austausch zwischen Profilen #interprofilesharing
