It is so wonderful to use my favourite apps from over a decade ago in 2026.

2Do app recently was updated on the #macOS and also on #ios

2do syncs with #todoist so I can continue using Todoist via a native mac app.

Its just nice to manage the same tasks over a different app. Different app, different perspective, different layout etc.

I have been testing nextcloud + tasks.org as a replacement for todoist for several hours.

Everything is fine and dandy, but there is a problem with recuriing tasks.

nextcloud on front does not support this, but from tasks.org you can create it as a recurring task. the problem is that these events in nextcloud are... treated as tasks and when I mark them as completed, they... no longer repeat themselves.

anyone have any solutions??
