  4. Fühle mich mal wieder kalt erwischt vom -Podcast.

  10. Fantastic #HiddenBrain podcast w/ Let Grow co-founder Peter Gray.
    One cool point?
When kids play, they're truthful, if blunt: "Hold up your cards, dummy!" Adults are fake: "Do you see the color the card is? Is it red?" Boring!
    Real play is kid-directed.

  16. CW: Mental Health, Self-Compassion, Podcast

Listened to NPR's "Hidden Brain" on Self-Compassion with Kristen Neff today. I've struggled for several years with a very harsh inner voice that has made it difficult to practice self-compassion and self-care. At the end of the episode, the host asked the listener to share it with three people who might need it - I thought I would share it here :D

  29. @technolass I don't think this has anything to do with blindness. People are just reluctant to say anything they think might be construid as criticism. It's ironic because people generally want to be told something constructive if it's delivered in a caring way. This was the topic of a recent Hidden Brain podcast. hiddenbrain.org/ #HiddenBrain
