#Indien: #Luftqualität in Neu-#Delhi überschreitet gefährliche Grenzwerte -
Für besonders kleine #Feinstaubpartikel der Größe PM2.5, die besonders tief in den menschlichen Körper vordringen können, zeigte die Station 639 Mikrogramm pro Kubikmeter Luft an – ein Vielfaches der von der Weltgesundheitsorganisation (#WHO) noch als akzeptabel angesehenen Grenzwerte.

Die #WHO hatte die empfohlenen Grenzwerte für PM2,5-#Feinstaub im Jahr 2021 gesenkt, weil Studien gezeigt hatten, wie stark die Gesundheit unter #Luftverschmutzung leidet. Für die mittlere jährliche Belastung wurde der Richtwert von zehn auf fünf Mikrogramm (tausendstel Gramm) pro Kubikmeter Luft verringert.

कब मेरी नींव रखी किसने, यह तो मुझको भी याद नहीं।
पूँछू किससे; नाना-नानी, मेरा कोई आबाद नहीं।।

इतिहास बताएगा कैसे, वह मेरा नन्हा भाई है।
उसको इन्सानों की भाषा तक, मैंने स्वयं सिखाई है।।

हाँ, ग्रन्थ महाभारत थोड़ा, बचपन का हाल बताता है।
मेरे बचपन का इन्द्रप्रस्थ ही, नाम बताया जाता है।।

पर मैं ऐसी पटरानी हूँ, मुझसे सिंगार नहीं रूठा॥

आँखें खोली; देखा मैंने, मेरे खंडहर जगमगा गए।
हर बार लुटेरे आ-आकर, मेरी क़िस्मत को जगा गए ॥

मुझको सौ बार उजाड़ा है, सौ बार बसाया है मुझको।
अक्सर भूचालों ने आकर, हर बार सजाया है मुझको॥

यह हुआ कि वर्षों तक मेरी, हर रात रही काली-काली।
यह हुआ कि मेरे आँगन में, बरसी जी भर कर उजियाली।।

वर्षों मेरे चौराहों पर, घूमा है ज़ालिम सन्नाटा।
मुझको सौभाग्य मिला मैंने, दुनिया भर को कंचन बाँटा।।

Humayun's tomb is a charbagh with pools joined by channels. The mausoleum stands on a high, wide terraced platform. The location of the tomb is very significant and holy because of its vicinity to the Dargah of Sheikh Nizamuddin Aulia, a 14th Century Sufi Saint.

Humayun's Tomb is the sub-continent's first garden tomb. The first grand mausoleums that the Mughals had built. And you will be surprised to know that this Tomb was the inspiration for Taj Mahal at Agra. Built in the 1560's under the patronage of the great emperor Akbar. It is also a perfect example of Indo-Persian architecture.
