I don't know if it's a good thing or a bad thing that this current family of stories I'm working on turned into a network of 38 coordinated #pullrequests, the last 6 being hopefully #disposable.

I guess it's nifty that this #project is planned well enough that it is a thing I can do. If we get #unexpected changes along the way, someone (i.e. me) is going spend a lot of time with #git #rebase.

Such is life in a #shared #code base.

For the monthly @krita_artists challenge I created this young lion with a cute mouse roaring.

I used pencil brushes for the sketch and for the coloring wet oil colors in #krita.
The biggest challenge was to get the hair feel little natural.

This afternoon, when I opened the door to the garden shed, a pretty chonky huntsman spider was sitting on the other side of the door. And guys, I could swear that it literally did one of those over-the-top cartoon jumps before running away. I mean I could HEAR it landing on the tile floor. 😅
