  1. My little homelab, with Fox, Echo, and Hunter in my 3D-printed rack. Fox is my container host and file server. Echo runs Home Assistant. Hunter runs Pi-Hole. (I don’t believe in putting all of my eggs in one basket.)

  2. More for my collection!

    , the Shadow Lord himself, and , Lord Dooku’s personal assassin!

    Discarded and abandoned, but never forgotten!

  3. with KDE Plasma is still my daily driver on Fives, and the more I use it, the more I like it.

    Still not as easy as when it comes to app installation and management, but Garuda is faster, supports hibernation on my laptop, and the built-in “Rani” app for system management is great stuff. So far, the only issues I’ve had with it are ones of my own making, so no complaints.

    @Garuda

  4. @blackvoid @[email protected] Yep. Every computer I manage is named after a Clone Trooper. Hunter is my Pi-Hole server, Echo runs Home Assistant, Fox hosts my containers and services, my main laptop is Fives, etc.

    I know that I can do both Pi-Hole and Home Assistant in containers as well, but I don’t like having all of my eggs in one basket.

  5. Dogma has settled nicely into Linux Mint and has yet again saved himself from the scrap heap. He would freeze up regularly under Fedora and macOS anytime I tried to do anything video-related, but the problem has nearly vanished under Mint. Score one for older drivers, I suppose?

  6. If you wanted to get all nerdy, this final episode raises all sorts of continuity problems, especially when not aligning with what happened in the 2016 Ahsoka novel. (57/?) #clonewars #ahsoka #starwars

  7. The series ends with a haunting scene, with #DarthVader (formerly Anakin Skywalker) finding Ahsoka's lightsaber in the snow many years later, and he takes it with him, clearly knowing she was there, a relic of a long-lost time. (56/?) #starwars #clonewars

  8. What is not stated directly, since the Genetic Records Hall only appears in the aforementioned episode ("Fugitive") and in no others, it was undoubtedly destroyed when the Empire's Star Destroyers fired upon Tipoca City on order from Admiral Rampart. starwars.fandom.com/wiki/Attac #starwars #clonewars #archives (25/?)

  9. Some other clones are genetically defective and effectively immune. The chips are meant to control the clones so that the #genocide could be carried out. (22/?) #clonewars #starwars

  10. These chips, organic implants into the clones themselves, are surely an effective form of #mindcontrol, forcing clones to carry about Order 66 (i.e. the Jedi #genocide) above any other tasks, for the "treason" these religious warriors engaged in against the Republic. 11. While Nala Se lies, saying the purpose of the chips are to inhibit #aggression of Jango Fett. She later declares that Fives must die because all #clones are Kaminoan property. Shaaki Ti defends him, saying clones belong to the Republic and then orders him and the two inhibitor chips (his and Tup's) to be sent to Coruscant. 12. It is in this episode that the Genetic Records Hall is shown, and it is revealed that the DNA of the "tumor" does not share Jango Fett's DNA and is not completely organic. Due to this, AZI-3 removes the chip from Fives' head despite the risks to his own life. (17/?) #starwars #clones #clonewars #fiction #archives

  13. Is the animated series Star wars: Clone Wars actually good?

    Randomly watching a bunch of star wars lore vids on yt and they are either referencing wikis, or the clone wars series... which I have but have not seen yet.

    It's a cartoon series so I'm kinda thinking it's for kids, and I mean it totally is... but is it cringe.

    Like as an adult the only cartoon zi watch is Smiling Friends and Scooby Doo.
