  1. #Pachli account filter work for #antiharassment / #safety is coming along nicely.

This screenshot shows how it works for notifications.

I've got the "Show a warning for accounts created in last 30 days" option turned on (this could also be set to "Hide"), so some of the notifications are filtered.

  2. CW: perception of hams, bigotry, etc.

@kc2ihx I told the young #bipoc and #LGBTQA #hams in the #nrao #hamradio project to consider being the #voiceofreason on the bands versus being afraid. I’ve included content from @Righttobeorg #5ds #antiharassment #intervention training in the pilot class

  3. Hey! I guess I should make an #introduction post, though a lot of this stuff (particularly fandom stuff) is subject to change.

I’m #profic and #antiharassment; since the early days of the internet I’ve learned the adage “don’t like, don’t look”.

I’m a #vtuber in my spare time, though it’s more of a hobby than anything and this account is not meant to be connected to it.

I also love watching vtubers! I’m a massive #Holostars #Tempus fan; Magni Dezmond 🧤 and Gavis Bettel 🎩 are my oshis. I’ve also been trying to get into #Nijisanji streamers as well, but I’m fairly new to that side of the vtuber sphere and only primarily watch Vantacrow Bringer.

Current fandoms aside from vtubers are #HonkaiStarRail, #spiderverse, and #WelcomeHome, but I love a ton of different fandoms and I’m likely to jump around a lot.

I’m still figuring out the ins and outs of this platform, so thanks for baring with me. And #WelcomeToAethy.

  4. #Meta launches parental controls for #Messenger. Here’s how to use them.

As government scrutiny heats up, Meta is rolling out more #child-safety features, including parental controls for Messenger and anti-harassment tools on Instagram.

  5. Starting to genuinely fucking hate the world "problematic". Fuckers who use it left and right act as if a person can't make a single mistake. Almost like mistakes aren't a crucial part of our existence. No, everyone must be perfect, art must be sanitized and all of it of course should be done with north american moral values in mind (other cultures are not important, apparently, and they suck because they're problematic)
