If your local/state representative (or candidate for office) says they have changed their position regarding ICE, LGBTQ rights, BIPOC rights, fascism, etc. Or if they even say that they are re-evaluating their position.
Look them up in https://www.opensecrets.org to see who they are getting the majority of their contributions from.
That will tell you if they are full of shit or not.
The odds are stacked heavily in the full of shit category. Giving up money and power in order to do the right thing just doesn't compute with career politicians.

Have you recently participated in an industry training program? Ie. coding bootcamp, apprenticeship readiness program, hospitality training or something similar?
Im attempting to gather information about what these programs can do to help eliminate barriers to participation. Did you need childcare? Transportation assistance? Supplemental income?
What was your experience with the program, and did it properly prepare you for a job in the industry?
Were you educated on your rights as a worker? (Labor Laws and regulations, safety training, right to organize your workplace, etc)
Bonus points if you are/were living and working in the US and if you are of the BIPOC and/or LGBTQ+ community.
