Aho (kansai way of saying baka, or idiot) is quite a fun sub-unit suggestion. The MV even has their names in that order Axel Hakka Octavio for part of it.
Anyway, the EN boys released a cover on Axel's channel, and it's good.

For his (and his twin brother's) birthday, #holostars Gavis Bettel did an open audition to replace his twin, with big players like #Dokibird, #Shxtou, #ShuYamino, #PorcelainMaid, #k9kuro, etc showing up.
He later revealed his brother's official Live2D VTuber model. So #hololive productions technically has 2 twins VTubers now, so FUWAMOCO's competition in the niche has been upgraded. Jurard also has an identical twin, so they could even have 3 in the future!?!

Looks like a historic stream is about to happen... From Mint and kson's schedules this week:
On Thursday there'll be a collab with #kson and a #hololive member... Axel Syrios from #holostars.
I guess the guys have less to lose with this and they have potentially more to gain from exposure to #VShojo audiences.

A classic example of social media making a mountain of a molehill. A couple of 🦄 got angry on hololive Shiori's post about her collab with Jurard from holostars and got blocked by her. There were just 4 (as far as I could see), and at least one was known to do this to other talents, so it isn't 'news'.
But the biggest news was the one who crashed out badly afterwards, making posts about how they followed her from debut and how they think she'll lose all her following because of it. They made a big deal with a screenshot of unsubscribing.
This spawned 100s of posts asking why, showing support, and pulling a few drama antis pretending to share similar views. In the end, both Jurard and Shiori was trending until right now. It's good that there's more support nowadays, but it literally was 4 posts... It spawned a few threads on reddit including one girl who was angry at all male fans. Which reminds me, r/hololive is badly moderated but at least the community downvotes these kinds of posts to oblivion. Company owned subreddits are sometimes a disaster of over/under moderation.
Shiori literally mentioned that she'll collab with whoever she wants since her debut. She talked about the stars over multiple streams, and these people were still deluding themselves.
The collab stream ended up being one of Shioris and Jurard's best performing streams in a while.
Jurard's getting his 3D stream in a bit, please show some support. He's Filipino, and has a very Markiplier voice.

Unironically, after fixing the HoloPlus App moderation issues, it's serving its purpose, allowing fans and the holomems to communicate without much interference from haters.
Altare, who's on a mental health break that's extending thru his birthday posted a more personalized message for his fans there compared to :deadbird:
Only an actual fan would open a dedicated social media app on the regular... Or a crazy obsessed hater, but you get the idea

Holostars Oga has this bit where the sushi he makes comes to life, and this year they got Akirose to play onee-san with the seiyuu Hikaru Iida as her sushi.
Very very sus lines like "Didn't think we'd go 50 rounds (around the conveyor belt)" and "Looks like you've gotten hard (the sushi got dry)".

He was discussing this with A-chan in June 2023... so this product has been cooking in his head for quite some time.

Roberu Night Mea are hosting a big event together, but darn the streaming tickets appear to be Japan-only. 海外 (overseas) is an option on eplus+ ticket website, but it says no shows are available... only 全国 (whole country). ePlus JP accounts need a Japanese phone number to work :ablobcatnodmeltcry: and I'm not sure they accept foreign payment methods either.
Roberu and Mea literally releasing couple goods together, but they're purely a 'business' association, mainly Roberu denying and Mea chasing.
