Playing #TOTK in Japanese makes me regret ever playing #BOTW in English. I’ve always been an #anime sub type of person but I remember seeing people gush about how good #Frieren’s English dub is - thought hey maybe I’ll try to have a listen and… nope. Japanese media is often amazing in its own language but hard cringe in anything else, esp English. The only exception I’ll give is to #HideoKojima #games lol - cos they’re all very western-centric. I do love #FFVII’s dub too though bcos I grew up with #CrisisCore on the #PSP and the #AdventChildren movie, but I’ll prolly play it in Japanese whenever I get my hands on the remakes - ESPECIALLY since they changed Zack’s voice (I will never forgive them for this) 😭
