... and.. underlying it all is the mistaken assumption that you can 'fix' a broken - or costly - business process (i.e; customer support) - by simply throwing more technology at it.

Systemic racism.
Not even 1 month into a minority PQ mandate and Premier Paul St-Pierre Plamondon shows zero respect for the Indigenous of Québec... opting NOT to participate in the Council of the Federation with Aboriginal leaders...
Better things to do PSPP?!?!
WHY ARE YOU PREMIER OF QUÉBEC AT ALL?!?!
REMEMBER: The PQ's BLUE BOOK included a section on the Indigenous... the single page was BLANK.

BC NDP voters are basically centrist liberals and they screwed everyone rather than fix their own party or vote Green or support PR.

Brilliant thread. Go read.*
* Actually, as I always say, I cannot force you to do anything as you are a creature of divine dignity, free to make your own choices in the world. But it IS a very fine thread, and I would consider it a good use of your free will if you deployed a touch of it to read the thread.

This is very interesting. I think at this point anybody who has used AI in one form or another knows how useful it is. Regardless of how we handle this, if AI is ever going to become this amazing thing we want it to become (rather than the current iteration which is amazing in some things and horrendous at others), it will likely have to have access to books and other material, in one way or another.
I'm super curious to see how this develops.

=======================

Absolutely. Because Trumpism is just the North American Theater of the global #BillionairesInsurgency, and ALL THE OTHER oligarchs are going to try to contain the STRATEGIC damage TO IT, even as they try to get their masks back on enough not to lose market share over their aid & comfort to the enemy.
We also need to be watching for what corporatist Democrat leaders pick up the refrain, and target them for their next primaries....
