@Samsung your #Andriod Digital Wellbeing app is pretty much universally hated including by me. Can't uninstall or disable (yes, I have disabled ALL permissions I can find) ... And yet, Digital Wellbeing tells me how much time I have spent every week on my phone. Either #Google or #Samsung, ONE of your applications is NOT honoring my choice not to be tracked. All I know is that I get a notification about your tracking. -

@andrioid The problem is going to be testing the alternative: it's like the famous example of where returning planes have been hit.
In a relatively simple, but horizontally scalable, system I'd at least do multi-AZ with auto-scaling failover, since that's effectively free (need the compute anyway).
Anything beyond that isn't a technology decision, it's a business one - does the cost of increasing resilience in the event of a #BCDR incident for the potential impact on #RTO or #RPO.

Why does Apple #iphone ios make it so difficult to send a photo as an attachment?
I use #Andriod for personal use but have an iPhone for work and HATE it. I just want to send downloadable photos to my PC.
I've tried the trick where you text it to your email, but it gets flagged as suspicious and is quarantined so I can't access until the next day.
I usually end using my personal phone for work photos which is annoying but less of a hassle.

I do hope someone from Cardinal News sets foot in the town where I live sometime this year. "News desert" sounds impersonal, but ever since the Roanoke Times closed its New River Valley Bureau, I have been feeling a high level of news "desertedness." Even the RadfordU journalism program, where I taught, has pretty much fallen apart; ditto the school newspaper.
