I like how Dropbox thinks about remote work:

- no meeting if isn't "discuss, debate, or decide" and only during core hours
- averse to hybrid because creates situation "where employees suffer through long commutes only to sit on Zoom because most of our colleagues are distributed."

I still think hybrid is a good balance but requires rethinking meetings, synchronous demands. Reverting to in-office mandates is such a failure of learning.
