A few days ago, I decided I wanted to finally make a decently usable map drawable (for SFML) that is flexible enough to do plenty of things.
So, I created Cheese Map.
Still in early testing&development, Cheese Map allows multiple 'classic' grid "tilemaps" as well as layers of free tiles. All in one draw call.
More stuff too! :p
It basically does stuff automatically from a view. :)
Here's a video of initial tests with more information about it.

I have started playing again with #cpp and #sfml - I have decided to add some more logic and visual fx (#shadertoy is inspiring) to #deerportal, and I have decided to do it with #visualstudio on #windows, and it seems it supports #cmake https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/build/cmake-projects-in-visual-studio?view=msvc-170, however I had a problem with launching problem with lack of sfml, and I could not add sfml because project was not launched properly, #catch22. Now I have found #vcpkg, let's see

@zahnfee Du hattest recht.
Auch nach langer Anlernphase liegt die Prrognose der #SFML-Integration für #Homeassistant gnadenlos daneben. Es ist auch kein Trend zur Verbesserung zu erkennen.
#Solcast ist tatsächlich um Welten besser.
Und das ist nur auf den Gesamtertrag pro Kalendertag bezogen.

Amazing, with help of Claude Sonnet 4 I have managed to migrated whole #DeerPortal to SFML 3, which I would definitely not have time to do it otherwise. I tried before with 3.5 and 3.7 Sonnet, but they failed. Now I can keep adding features to the game :) @sfml
