I also messaged the doctor via the portal to let them know I had sent that transmission.
It started with what I thought was me falling asleep at my WFH desk. I startled "awake", realized I was feeling exhausted, and went to lie down in my bed. I had limited awareness of what was going on until I started to come out of it at about 1:45pm.
I checked the health app (Samsung) curious as to how long I had slept in that "nap".

I had an episode this afternoon where for roughly an hour, my #HeartRate dropped to 30bpm. This is according to my smartwatch readout. You may remember that I have experienced some #bradycardia in the past year, and it's part of why I had a loop recorder implanted in my chest recently. Never before has such an episode lasted this long though.
I transmitted the readings from the recorder to the cardiac doctor's office.

"I had a transthoracic echocardiogram on Monday 20-May, as a followup to my cardiac diagnostics. They wanted to check on that enlargement of the ascending aorta, as well as the aortic valve calcification. Short story: Everything is stable."

I need to come up with $590 in the next couple of months to cover copay for a couple of cardiac diagnostic procedures.
Worst case, I can pay it one procedure at a time out of my Social Security, but that means it will be March or later before I can get them both done.
I am really anxious to get this diagnosis phase done. Oh, well. Patience is supposedly a virtue.

I am planning on getting a name and gender change order in the coming year. I was born in Texas, but no longer live there. It seems to me (IANAL) that there would be a cause of action under the "Full Faith and Credit" clause of Article IV of the Constitution if they decide to deny me my birth certificate change.
Of course, with the current makeup of the Federal Courts? It likely wouldn't get very far. :sigh:

Had an eye exam today. It's been over two years since my last exam. Nothing major, but for the first time ever, I've been told that I have the beginning of cataracts. Just something to check regularly.
Still can't see clearly, and it's been almost two hours since the dilation. Also not that unusual. Ordered new (progressive) glasses.
And my fibro is flaring. I was out about two hours.

According to my calendar, today in 2010 I joined FB as Janet. That was a pretty major milestone in my social transition. I'd already been in therapy about 6 months by then. Back then, the so-called Real Life Experience (RLE) was a standard requirement if you wanted to be able to access hormones. My RLE began this month. I don't remember the exact date I first went out as myself other than to therapy.

What complicates the situation is that, like so many of us #netizens, Eric used a pseudonym online. I don't know his legal name, just as you don't know mine. So I have no real way to confirm the reports of his passing. I do know that he hasn't checked in online as expected after returning home. That's not a good sign.
