Has the US military gone rogue?
Now a second tanker which was NOT on any sanctions list either by the US or internationally was seized near Venezuela.
The US administration has said it was blockading only sanctioned vessels, but it appears they are seizing also vessels which would legally have been allowed to operate.
Whether rogue or not, this is an exceptionally bad move. China can now retaliate on civilian vessels in the Pacific.
