A szabadság érzése, a kontroll és minden más valami csodás.Továbbra is ezt a Mastodon szervert tudom mondani példának: kevés volt az 500 karakter, és amúgy is, szerettem volna, ha a saját dolgaimat én kezelem.
Jelenleg 5000 karakter limit a szerveremen. Ha netán ez is kevés lenne, akkor feljebb megy. Ha mást szeretnék átállítani, akkor mást fogok átállítani.

Trzęsienie ziemi w Tokio. Sony oddaje telewizory w ręce TCL
To informacja, która zmienia układ sił w branży RTV na dekady. Sony Corporation oficjalnie potwierdziło podpisanie memorandum z chińskim gigantem TCL Electronics.
Cel? Utworzenie spółki joint venture, która przejmie projektowanie, produkcję i sprzedaż telewizorów oraz sprzętu audio. Najważniejsza liczba tego dealu to 51 – tyle procent udziałów w nowym podmiocie obejmie TCL. Japończycy, zachowując 49 proc., stają się mniejszościowym partnerem we własnym, legendarnym biznesie Bravia.
„Made by Sony” przechodzi do historii?
Decyzja zarządu w Tokio jest pragmatyczna do bólu. Rynek telewizorów od lat jest brutalny dla tradycyjnych graczy – marże są niskie, a konkurencja z Chin (TCL, Hisense) oferuje jakość, która przestała odstawać od „starej gwardii”, za ułamek ceny. Sony, które od dawna nie produkuje własnych matryc (kupując je od LG Display czy właśnie od spółki-córki TCL, CSOT), teraz robi ostatni krok: oddaje Chińczykom fabryki i logistykę.
Zgodnie z planem, nowa spółka ma rozpocząć działalność operacyjną w kwietniu 2027 roku. Co to oznacza w praktyce? TCL wnosi moce produkcyjne, łańcuch dostaw i technologię Mini LED. Sony wnosi markę „BRAVIA”, swoje słynne algorytmy przetwarzania obrazu (procesory XR) oraz know-how w dziedzinie audio.
Czy to koniec Sony jakie znamy?
Nie do końca i tu leży kluczowa różnica względem np. sprzedaży marki Philips firmie TP Vision lata temu. Sony zachowuje 49 proc. udziałów. To potężny pakiet kontrolny (ściślej: pakiet blokujący), który sugeruje, że Japończycy nie chcą tylko „naklejać logo” na gotowe produkty z Chin. Chcą połączyć swoją inżynierię obrazu z efektywnością produkcyjną TCL.
Dla przeciętnego klienta może to być… dobra wiadomość. Telewizory TCL serii C i X od lat zachwycają jasnością i strefami wygaszania, ale często obrywa im się za kalibrację czy przetwarzanie obrazu – czyli dokładnie to, w czym Sony jest niekwestionowanym królem. Jeśli nowa spółka połączy „szkło” TCL z „mózgiem” Sony, możemy otrzymać produkt bliski ideałom: referencyjną jakość obrazu w cenie, która nie zmusza do sprzedaży nerki.
Strategiczny odwrót na z góry upatrzone pozycje
Ruch ten wpisuje się w szerszą strategię Sony. Firma od lat przesuwa ciężar zarabiania pieniędzy na usługi (PlayStation Plus), content (Sony Pictures/Music) oraz podzespoły profesjonalne (matryce do aparatów). Produkcja hardware’u konsumenckiego, zwłaszcza tak dużego i trudnego w transporcie jak telewizory, stawała się kulą u nogi.
Partnerstwo z TCL to sygnał, że Japończycy wolą zarabiać na marży i marce, zrzucając trudną robotę (produkcję, logistykę, walkę o ceny podzespołów) na partnera, który robi to dobrze.
Co dalej?
Umowa wiążąca ma zostać podpisana do końca marca 2026 roku. Do kwietnia 2027 roku w sklepach nic się nie zmieni. Potem? Zobaczymy pudełka z logo Sony, w których będzie biło serce z Shenzhen, ale dusza (i oprogramowanie) pozostaną w Tokio. Pytanie tylko, czy puryści, którzy płacili „podatek od Sony” za japońską jakość wykonania, zaakceptują ten nowy układ. Inna sprawa, że jeżeli ktoś uważa pojęcia „chińszczyzna” i „tandeta” za tożsame, to znaczy, że właśnie zbudził się z długiej hibernacji.
