Recent launcher update on my TV made things shitty enough to force me to look how to force my TV to use Projectivy launcher instead.
TCL tv sets have no launcher selection and no a11y support. Few ADB commands later I have all I wanted running.

My Experimental UUID Generator, doesn't use "rand()" or "srand()". On Linux, it uses the kernel's CSPRNG, reading bytes directly from "/dev/urandom". On Windows, I had to "improvise" and chose SplitMix64 via "expr", It is seeded once at the start using "clock microseconds ^ (pid << 20)". Well, this was the best solution I found for this using 100% pure Tcl on Windows. The idea here is to do as much as possible without external dependencies.

I found a new phone and a new company to go with it, though the phone is unlocked. It's a TCL Flip 2. It's cheap, it talks, and it has real buttons, completely eliminating my issues with touchscreens. It is also very affordable. The company I'm trying is called Tello. I am currently with Mint Mobile, and I have never had a problem with them. But I like Tello's pricing and build your own plan option. Now, I will be able to make calls and hang up easily. Plus, it has things that I use the most, including clock, timer, alarm, weather, and even a recorder and media player! The only thing I would really miss is Seeing AI, but I can always use my iPhone or Galaxy A15 for that. Here is more information on the phone.

Obviously everyone’s tastes and viewing environments are different and there’s no single set of TV settings that are universally perfect.
After a couple weeks of tweaking my #TCL 65" #QM7K settings, I think I’ve finally landed on what I like best.

Por esa regla de tres deberían cancelar los teléfonos #Xperia.
También está el hecho de que el 51% de la división de televisores se lo vendieron a #TCL.
Al final lo que quieren es ejercer el mayor control posible con el menor esfuerzo necesario, y lo harán mientras la ley se lo permita.
