I haven't heard anyone focus on Cameron/Osbourne's austerity and the Johnson government's legacy mis-handling COVID.
I haven't looked, but should research the reasons for the increasing numbers disabled by their own government.
They clearly think the plebs are expendable.

Increasingly frustrated with #Aon, the #pension provider for thankfully a very small portion of my working life. I'm so glad not to have made any decisions dependent on a timely payout.
I completed a review search out of curiosity. They score 1.1. Hah!
I've telephoned several times to be told payment will be made "Soon". A complete waste of time.
I'm in receipt of three other pensions; all paid my benefits beginning on my birthday in February. 🤷🏻♀️

I wouldn't trust him in any situation. I don't think any "arse kicking and dragging" can fix a lack of integrity.
He needs to go. Not that I'm suggesting it will happen. Unless in power he makes a bigger mess than Sunak in which case heaven help us all!

I have a disabled family member who lives in fear of what will come next, what their life will be as rights and support continue to deteriorate.
I’m old enough to remember life before #Thatcher . It’s been nothing but decline since.

Wish I could console my ASD person. They’ve failed their driving test for the second time. They’re an able driver, since obtaining an automatic, but the stress of being tested by a stranger… 😱
Apparently in the feedback the examiner said that generally they were a “good driver”. 🤷🏻♀️
And then there’s the problem of obtaining another test. It’s looking like May unless someone cancels and they happen to check at the ‘right’ time. Then we’ll have the stressful build up all over again. #DrivingTest

Let's hope so...
As an aside, it seems the UK Labour government is still trying to cut support to those who need it (per morning interview with Pat MacFadden). They're just squirming to find 'palatable' ways to achieve cuts.
All part of achieving an environment that demonises the vulnerable.
(And yes, I know that doesn't include all autistic people, it's just I have a family member who will probably never be in employment.)

I have a disabled family member who could not possibly work, who lives in a constant state of anxiety, if not terror, of losing their only meagre income.
It makes me furious. I hate feeling so helpless, but short of winning the lottery, there's not much I can do.
