The restaurant was located at the side of a shopping centre, and you entered by going through a door and up a set of winding stairs. Consequently, we nicknamed the restaurant "The Back Passage". 😮

PTV have had over four months to sort out a major ongoing bus disruption. But unfortunately there are still many problems.
Buses are skipping all city stops due to a rally. This happens every Sunday.
But there are still tens of passengers waiting for buses at these stops, like here on Lonsdale Street at Swanston Street. Why?
The main reason is there is absent, wrong or badly communicated information. For example, the "live departure" screens at stops show buses arriving and departing as normal when they are not servicing that stop. This is also the case on the PTV website and app.
Any on the ground signs are poorly worded, badly placed and unclear.
There are no staff at any stops. Also no alternative transport information, not even how to get to St Vincents Hospital where buses are operating.
