Btw, if some of you smoke and doesn't know this - cigarette AND VAPE smoke has been linked to bad health outcomes on people who are around you while you smoke. Kids, pets, friends, partners ALL have higher chance of lung cancer, asthma, and all the same illnesses as YOU can get from smoking.
You are not a living filter. They still inhale your smoke. You are making them sick by actively smoking around them.

Those around you and the environment make a big difference if you in turn want to smoke or not - if around sporting friends or in my sporting / lifting weights phase I wasn't doing anything like smoking and enjoyed eating a lot after the rush of training or doing chains of sport to another body part to get well-rounded... and kick people ass (some adversity is needed else we fall back being too-defensive).
