#EasyEnglish started in 1994. The first EasyEnglish publication was a commentary on #Psalm 100. In the beginning, each book of the #Bible was printed. Then in 2001 a website was created, so that more people could read the EasyEnglish Bible and the Bible study notes.
We thank God for all of the #MissionAssist volunteers who have been part of the team during the last 30 years. We praise God that EasyEnglish has helped millions of people to read and understand the Bible.

@AlexanderChow Thank you for sharing this report. There are various references to language, including the importance of mother tongue to explain faith and to sing worship.
Do you have insights into Bible reading in mother tongue versus English? Of course, it may be a different choice for personal devotion, groups or church services.
A project to look at that would be great.
At #MissionAssist we've been told the #EasyEnglish #Bible is great for multi-lingual groups with only English in common.
