Tariff decision delayed until March 1st. I think we need to get used to this. This is how he does deals (laid it out in his "Art of the Deal" book). You go super hard, ridiculously hard in one direction. So much so that your supporters think you're going too hard. That convinces the poeple on your side that you're really on their side. Then you go back to the other side and give them a bit of what they want, getting the other side on your side. Essentially you jerk everyone around to make them feel good and then meet slightly to one side of the middle.
