  2. #InStarsAndTime finished for the second time, this time with seing more of the things. This game is amazing and I love the characters in it.

I guess I'll try #START_AGAIN game next, or at least in the nearby future.

  3. CW: Sex toys, software humour

It is quite funny to me that the #FunFactory's (German sex toys company) wand vibrator is called #VIM. XD
I wonder if it was an intentional choice.

  4. Learning #ChineseLanguage is quite fun. Especially once I started recognizing some words spoken and written in a few Chinese anime series we watch (#LinkClick, #ToBeHeroX and #LordOfTheMysteries). :blobfoxaww:
I think I'm still below A1, but it might be even more fun than when I picked up #Yiddish.

  5. With my eyes on the next year's planning of competency growth at work I have a question to anyone working in #Security and/or #SecureDevelopment .

What are the good ways I could try to help the team that I'm the part of to improve how it's handling security (in general and in development)?

I have a few ideas, but it might be nice to see what other smart(er) brains can think of. :blobfoxcomputer:

  10. CW: Mental health, physical health, wound

Also - what is it with the "cut-like" wounds on my eyelids. Is this the effect of #SSRI on my skin or something? :blobfoxannoyed:
    #depression

  11. CW: Mental health, depression

Quite "fun" to combine "the low swing" of mood (I hope I'm at the bottom now ffs) during the first month of using #SSRI with getting a negative hit of my self-worth. Xd
The most annoying part being that "logically" I am aware that those swings do not make sense, but still end up experiencing them. Xd Joys of being #ActuallyAutistic I assume...

  12. CW: Mental health, depression, medication, dreams

One of the weird things I've noticed after starting the #SSRI treatment is that I get more sleepy "at the right time" and I almost every night "have dreams". :blobfoxcomfy: :blobfoxsleep: It also includes nightmares, but still - it is somewhat interesting to me.
    #ActuallyAutistic

  13. CW: Mental health, physical health, side effects

Does someone who knows stuff about #SSRI meds (doctors, people who used it) knows if the "dry in nose" side effect (and probably other) can start right from the first days, or is it also supposed to appear arkund the time when the meds should "start working" (after few weeks)?
It seems weird to me that it might take so long, but I also suspect that it might not show up right from the first dose. How is it, actually? :blobfoxthink:

  14. We visited KODE in Bergen around 2 weeks ago and something at the exhibition reminded me of a certain meme.

"with her dear friend (...) The two women lived together (...) They are buried together"

    ---

Vi var på #KODE i #Bergen ca. 2 uker siden og noe på utstillingen minnet meg om en viss meme.

"med hjertevenninnen (...) De to kvinnene bodde sammen (...) De er begravd sammen"

And decided that I can gather more candies while I wait for the required sleep on my #Eevee called Egg to evole it into #Sylveon. So now I also have a #Glaceon. :transuwu: :neofox_flag_demiguy:

From Polish immigrants in Bergen that decided to vote in #europeanElections24 around 25% voted for "funny far-right sexist man party".. and it was more votes than the PiS got here... :blobfoxbox:

Also, 3 dumb fecks voted for the #PolExit group. After emigrating out of Poland to Norway (easier than it would otherwise be) thanks to the EU/EEA scheme.

I'm going to sleep now... :blobfoxcomfy:

  17. Men også - for å forberede meg til å bli bedre med uttale og lytting har jeg begynt å se på #Skam og, %#€&/@>×, fanger den fullstendig oppmerksomheten min når jeg har den på TV-en. Den er jævla godt!

  23. Thousands of US #hazardous sites are at risk of #flooding because of #SeaLevelRise, study finds

By DORANY PINEDA, November 20, 2025

Excerpt: "The study’s researchers started by identifying and classifying tens of thousands of hazardous sites near the coasts of Puerto Rico and the 23 states with coastline. Next, they wanted to know each site’s projected future flood risk. They did this by calculating how likely each year coastal flooding could inundate a site using historical sea level measurements and projected sea level rise in 2050 and 2100 under low and high emissions scenarios. Lastly, they identified and classified communities as being at-risk if homes are located within 1 kilometer (0.62 miles) of a hazardous site with a high threat of future flooding, and compared those communities’ characteristics with other Fcoastal neighborhoods with no at-risk sites nearby.

"But researchers did not include all types of hazardous facilities, such as oil and gas #pipelines, nor did they account for #GroundwaterUpwelling or more intense and frequent storms in the future, which could lead to underestimates. On the other end, the flood-risk model they used could have overestimated the number of threatened sites.

" 'It is important to note that previous disasters, such as #hurricanes Katrina, Rita and Harvey, did result in a lot of #ToxicContamination from oil and gas pipelines,' Chandler said.

    "The 5,500 at-risk sites includes 44% that are #FossilFuel ports and terminals, 30% power plants, 24% #refineries and 22% coastal #SewageTreatment facilities. Most of the sites — nearly 80% — are in #Louisiana, #Florida, #NewJersey, #Texas, #California, #NewYork and #Massachusetts."
