MaterialX 1.39.5 is released!
This release of MaterialX has the largest set of contributors in the history of our project, and includes support for the Slang shading language, 2D and 3D flake nodes, retro-reflective BSDFs, Volume Distribution Functions in hardware shading, improvements to the MaterialX Graph Editor, and much more.

Are there any recent developments in MaterialX (+ USD graph) support in Blender? Trying to plan a bit into the future.
This is the only official thing I could find: https://projects.blender.org/blender/blender/issues/100894 and its a bit inconclusive.
