Jag har fått världens bästa pryl. En typ termos (inte riktigt, men dubbelväggat glas), med en kork som mannkan fylla med teblad. Vänd upp och ner på flaskan för att låta teet dra sig, vänd rätt för att stoppa.
Hur bra som helst, inget mer beroende på kontorskaffe. 😎

Gold Magnolia Dancong from White2Tea is a Lighter roast, lighter oxidation oolong. Varietal is "jin yu lan". I should maybe have drunk it sooner, it is a little shy about its flavor.

Drinking a wulong in a style I don’t often try this afternoon as I catch up on my correspondence! This is a toasty roasted wulong from Taiwan (Qing Xing cultivar) and it’s very toasty, almost malty. The aroma after the first steep reminds me a lot of caramel and toast and squash and berry jelly (I swear it makes sense when smelling/tasting!) and mellows out beautifully afterwards, very balanced between the roasted and sweet notes.
I tend to like very flowery and light wulongs, so the fact that this one is so tasty to me is very surprising and fun. Also, perfect for a very cold January day.

Als neulich meine Schwarzteevorräte zur Neige gingen, habe ich diesen 2013 abgelaufenen #Oolong aufgebraucht und dabei festgestellt, dass er mir mit etwas Hafermilch großartig schmeckt. Malzig ist das Wort, glaube ich.
Diese Pappdose ist schon so lange bei mir, dass ich nicht mehr weiß, woher ich sie habe. Weiß jemand, wo man diesen oder einen ähnlichen stark fermentierten #Wulong-#Tee bekommen kann? Gern auch vor Ort in #Bielefeld.
Falls mir jemand erklären kann, was #ShuiXian bedeutet, wäre ich auch daran interessiert. Meine bisherigen Rechercheergebnisse verwirren mich.
