Drinking a wulong in a style I don’t often try this afternoon as I catch up on my correspondence! This is a toasty roasted wulong from Taiwan (Qing Xing cultivar) and it’s very toasty, almost malty. The aroma after the first steep reminds me a lot of caramel and toast and squash and berry jelly (I swear it makes sense when smelling/tasting!) and mellows out beautifully afterwards, very balanced between the roasted and sweet notes.

I tend to like very flowery and light wulongs, so the fact that this one is so tasty to me is very surprising and fun. Also, perfect for a very cold January day.

So, neuen Tee geordert. Musste sein. Der Resin Temptress gehört einfach in meine Sammlung. Da mache ich sogar einen Aufsteller für frei. Obwohl ich nicht weiß, wie lange dieser Cake wohl rund bleibt. Ich freue mich auf den Tee. 🍵 😀 🌞

Ich habe gerade meinen Standard-Tee aufgefüllt. Ja es ist der Tee, den ich am häufigsten trinke. Es ist aber die kleinste Tee-Dose, die ich habe. 😀

1. Es ist die für mich schönste Tee-Dose, da ich diese schon aus meiner Kindheit kenne und lange danach gesucht habe.

2. Ich kann meinen Lieblings-Tee öfter nachfüllen. 🍵👍

Die Welt sieht so toll aus. Die Pilze sprießen aus dem Boden und wie auf ein Zeichen wird die Welt um uns herum neu angestrichen.
