I have been saving this bottle of #wine for a while since I decided I wanted to make a special meal for my bf. #LigurianWine calls for a Ligurian meal. More on that in next post. The wine was spectacular. I find it complex, bold and interesting. Starts with a refreshing acidity, followed by lush grapefruit and a nice minerality finish.
