I have been researching some non-french varieties #wine from the new world and they're extremely hard to find! I've seen #Australianwine has been doing some experimenting, none have become major varieties yet over there. I have been saving this bottle of #wine for a while since I decided I wanted to make a special meal for my bf. #LigurianWine calls for a Ligurian meal. More on that in next post. The wine was spectacular. I find it complex, bold and interesting. Starts with a refreshing acidity, followed by lush grapefruit and a nice minerality finish. #wine anyone have any recommendations for good #Chardonnay? I've tried a few, so far I liked Mâconnais. Overall I find this to be quite uninteresting. I still can't understand what
people in the industry see in it when to me there are other #whitewine that I feel are superior and give me a better experience like #SauvignonBlanc #Vermentino #Gewürztraminer.
