Update for anyone interested:
1. Delete all the variables I don't need or that won't impute well (e.g., subject number, all the Qualtrics cruft variables, all text entry variables)

2. Create 100 new rows

3. Set methods for #mice (in #Rstats) - some worked well, others just crashed and burned. 'pmm' (predictive mean matching) seemed pretty robust.

4. Run mice

5. Free fake data!

6. Make sure to put all the caveats in the poster
