3 of 4 people in my house didn't get the UK #EmergencyAlert today, though we all had our phones on, not in airplane mode, and we'd not changed any settings.

@acp Yep, three and iD Mobile devices didn't get it here.
Heard reports of some on three getting it, but no-one not on three missing out.

The message sent to #mobile phone users will be accompanied by a loud #alarm sound and inform you that 'you do not need to take any action'.
