A few years ago I managed to get a picture of this young gentleman who was striding at a SUPER BRISK pace along Michigan Avenue. He was in his 20s, exceedingly tall and dressed head to toe in an era-correct ensemble — his top coat streaming behind him as he walked. He was not part of a wedding party. Just a gorgeous time-warp dandy who made the world a bit more special that day.
