Today two things happened:
1. My op-ed in the #Ottawa Citizen was published, in which I rant about the inability to successfully report problems to the City/OC Transpo: https://ottawacitizen.com/opinion/report-a-problem-city-of-ottawa
2. I heard back from OC Transpo (via my Councillor's office) that they've fixed their web feedback form and are working on further updates per my suggestions. (Apparently you *can* select "O-Train (Trillium Line)" for Confederation Line issues)

On a less severe note, after about a month of bronchitis, I'm realizing what it means to be in an industry without sick leave.
