  19. So, I did my very first author visit in a school this week, with a couple of classes that are doing my book, River of Crows, as a novel study. It was an evening event and I was the special mystery guest for a live recording of their class podcast (they hadn't been told that I would be there).     I, for one, haven't even tried going to City Hall because I'm sure my bike tools will be classified as "dangerous". What am I going to do? Leave my "dangerous" equipment on my bike where it can be stolen?
