  9. SonoBus is a multiplatform software enabling musicians to play over a computer network. I've been successfully playing with people across the Atlantic and Indian ocean, and the software is free as in freedom.

If you haven't yet, give it a try: sonobus.net

  10. Hmm, I just found out about #Sonobus. It looks cool.

It's a crossplatform #FOSS application that lets you stream audio over the network. From what I understand, it should integrate with pipewire-jack on #Linux.

  15. Also, newly discovered in the same vein: Sonobus. I've JUST installed it and started it up. It seemed to work okay out of the box, but I don't know how much of that is due to previous futzing around with system settings to make Jamulus work. Now it's time to actually READ the Sonobus User Guide. 😉

  20. My current setup is a Bluetooth keyboard connected directly to my laptop, and #SonoBus running in Reaper and as a standalone iOS app. Still better than NVDA Remote, even with the AirPods lag. Plus you get stereo sound.

  25. Fedi-brainstrust.. Looking for #selfhosted #FOSS #WebRTC based multi track audio-recording tools.. Don't need something as fully-fledged as #OpenVidu or #Jitsi; and don't like guests needing to install something so #Sonobus is out.
