Email ist so voller Relikte der frühen Internetjahre... Thunderbird kann das Zitat glaube ich automatisch anzeigen oder ausblenden, das scheint irgendwie standardisiert zu sein.
Und heutzutage haben doch auch alle guten EMailprogramme Thread-Ansichten (ok #Thunderbird braucht noch das "Conversations" Addon, wenn man deren Lösung nicht mag).

Few years ago there was an account on both Twitter and YouTube where these strange, cryptic videos were posted. They were made of random moving dots and squares with metallic sounds, or sometimes no sound at all. People wondered if it was for some kind of a secret communication channel. I think YouTube closed it down, and I’m not sure what happened to the Twitter account. Do you know what I’m talking about? #randomquestion #StrangeStuff

In your country/state, or where you live currently, do local networks (TV/cable/radio) engage in “self-validation”?
Some examples:
* We are the #1 6 o'clock news program.
* {Program_here} is the most watched investigative program in July.
* Our new TV series beat this and that network on the same time slot.And so on.
Here in the #Philippines, I actually do not understand why local TV/cable networks are doing it. We've heard it from them for 20+ years now.
Psychologically speaking, does it have any effect at all?
How about in your country/state, or where you are living currently, is it the same?
If not, what is that one thing that local TV/cable/radio networks are frequently doing that doesn't make any sense for you?

I would love to find one on the cheaper side but I don’t want to waste my money on something that’s only good for looking at the moon. I’m interested in seeing planets and some of the major celestial objects.Any recommendations are appreciated!
