Ich verstehe ja noch halbwegs, dass man die Reichweite von Twitter braucht, aber wer da auch noch Geld drauf wirft, ist inkompatibel zu mir und wandert ins Blocknirvana. Project Black Flag: Playtest Paket 2
Kobold Press hat das zweite Playtest-Paket für Project Black Flag veröffentlicht. Es enthält Magie, das Glücksystem, Kämpfer und Magier. Das Glücksystem ist die erste Neuerung, die es in dieser Form im "offiziellen" 5e bisher nicht gegeben hat.

#KoboldPress hat eine Überarbeitung des Tome of Beasts angekündigt. Das 2016 erschienene Buch gilt einigen als das bessere Monster Manual, die enthaltenen Kreaturen sind allerdings oft sehr komplex. In der Überarbeitung sollen die Kreaturen einfacher spielbar sein, insbesondere Zauberfähigkeiten sollen aufs Wesentliche reduziert werden. Die neue Fassung soll im Juni 2023 erscheinen. Einen Zusammenhang mit #ProjectBlackFlag scheint es nicht zu geben.

#KoboldPress gibt Einblick ins Feedback zum #ProjectBlackFlag Playtest 1 und einen Ausblick auf Playtest 2, der Mitte des Monats erscheinen soll und sich u.a. mit Kämpfer und Magier beschäftigen wird. Besonders interessant klingt die neue Glücks-Mechanik, die Inspiration ersetzen soll:

Reading the new email from #KoboldPress and it looks like #ProjectBlackFlag is going to continue using the term race for subspecies, though they'll split it into a Race and a Heritage to reflect that not all members of the same biology have the same upbringing...

Interesting to see them remain with the old term that even Wizards is scrapping.
