Κάπως ιδιαίτερη κωμωδία που μάλλον ο τύπος του χιούμορ της δε θα συγκινήσει όλο το κοινό.
Ενδιαφέρουσα προσέγγιση αν θες κάτι διαφορετικό, λίγο ρομαντική με το κυνήγι του ονείρου, λίγο πιο ωμή ως προς το θέμα της μετανάστευσης και της σύγχρονης πραγματικότητας. Φευγάτη γενικώς, και πάντα με ιδιότυπο χιούμορ.
Υποψιάζομαι ότι πολύς κόσμος θα τη βρει βαρετή ή σαλεμένη 🙃 Εγώ νομίζω ότι αξίζει μια θέαση.

Which is definitely a sign of something!

However, what I keep on thinking about is the decision to frame Elizabeth’s behavior as somehow… good?

One the one hand, yes, Ale *does* need to learn how to be assertive, and this leads to his success.

However, learning this from Elizabeth? Ale has a legitimate issue and is confronting the person who is responsible.

Elizabeth is just yelling at service workers. Fuck that.

What we’ve got here is essentially the worst of both stereotyped worlds: white privilege plus brown chicanery with nary a redeeming quality in between.
