Maybe it's because of all that crap going on in the whole world and my own ... but after watching some of the comic and the movie, I think I prefer the movie version of #Nimona .
Especially because of the much more hopeful ending compared to the darker, more ambiguous original graphic novel. -

When my comet comes over next weekend, we're going to watch some movies together. They could be as ancient as Metropolis, or less ancient as Alien or The Thing, or not ancient at all like Nimona.

Finally got around to watching #Kpop_Demon_Hunters and god damn it #Netflix, between this and #Nimona... The Owlbear really needs you to stop making animated films that make them cry.
(Although Nimona had me straight bawlin' like an owlbearlet, K-Pop was pretty awesome...)

I've heard that both, the Netflix "Nimona" movie as well as the graphic novel / comic it's based on is supposed to be good, so, I'll give the graphic novel a try and aquire the movie afterwards. As the latter is a Netflix production, I assume there's no bluray release.

Been on the list for a while. Characters are cool and Nimona is just a chaos demon! Enjoyed it. Light hearted and a bit daft with really cool visuals.
The dogs are pink.
