I have an avocado tree in a pot at home. It's looked amazing for a couple of years. This year it had a nasty infestation of greenfly which I dealt with, and now this: something is eating the leaves from the edges inwards. There's no signs of any pests on the leaves. It isn't affecting any other plants around the house.
Can anyone cast any light on what it is, and what I can do about it?

As the snow and freezing temperatures came on a couple of weeks ago, and all the garlic patch was planted, I borrowed a bit of Irish moss from the raised pond bed, and three extra garlic cloves for this little pot.
Not getting a huge amount of sun indoors, but it seems pretty happy.

Loving the colour of the new leaves on my wee avocado tree. It's looking so beautiful!

That bounce-back of my home-grown #tamarind tree is going strong. So great to see it happy again, my little tree.

Pot Plants. In a fit of ill conceived enthusiasm, I decided to repot my two indoor plants, Burke and Hare. Why is nothing ever easy?

Rain predicted yesterday, so I took my house plants out yesterday morning to get a nice soaking. No rain. An hour ago I brought them back inside. Guess what? It's now pissing down. #rain #summerrain #summer2024 #qld #australia #plants #potplants

My infrequent reminder that #Banksia solandri (Stirling Ranges banksia) makes an exceptional pot plant. Soft bronze new growth, turning light green then dark. Large jagged leaves. Quirky conical flowers that smell of coconut. Happy to be pruned. https://florabase.dbca.wa.gov.au/browse/profile/1849
