GenAI becomes widely available, and widely used, from 30 November 2022.It's now almost 3 years later, and a judical system has finally put in place an intrim policy to cover the use of GenAI.
I find it impossible to see this response time as adequate. And see the years of absence of any explicit genAI policy as evidence of a judicial system that is unable to adapt in a timely manner.
