Also, see how the capitalists, bosses, Nats and Act are terrified of a unionised working force?
See how they squirm at the mere thought of workers having organised power?
We should 100% do it. 💚

Hell yeah.
Of course I'm biased: recently my union helped me negotiate for nearly 10k/year before taxes over the original employment offer.
The $25 ish nzd monthly fee more than justifies that alone.Join your union, and party vote green. 💚

Zack Polanski gets to the core of what ordinary people in Clacton think about Nigel Farage by utilising a much underused tactic that is, unfortunately, rarely seen in Westminster: the truth.

Drink. Swim. Fish.
Sounds like a good weekend in the Coromandel, but it's the latest Green Party policy to look after all the water in the country.
Because water is life, for all of us.

Spoke to a potential voter on the phone last week.
"Chlöe Swarbrick needs to wake up!" - they said.
"Chlöe is not woke enough for some" - I noted in the file.

Want to help change this awful government?
You can volunteer with Te Pāti Kākāriki o Aotearoa! (Aka the Green Party 💚)
There are events happening almost every single day until the election (November 7, don't forget to register!) all over the motu.
So many ways to get involved!
Go click the link, have a look, join one or two or more events, bring a friend and help us build the movement that will make an Aotearoa for all of us.

I don't doubt your commitment but I still don't see the point.
TOP seem to be pitching themselves to people who like *the idea* of being green, but who think Green policies of saving the earth and taxing the super-rich go too far.
Sure, TOP don't share ACT's worst policies. But why vote for green diluted with centrism -- a neutered version of the Greens, if you will -- when you can vote for the real thing? What's so scary about the Greens?
Remember when National set up the cyanobacteria (Green / Blue) party under Vernon someone, hoping to pull votes from the Greens? That party crashed and burned quickly because Green policy is diametrically opposed to National's.
It troubles me that a bunch of novices with good intentions and zero political experience are selling themselves as kingmakers. 'We're neither left nor right' implies opportunistic fence-sitting.
'Green, but with a tinge of blue' is not what the planet needs nowadays.
Tax the super-wealthy, start taking the climate crisis seriously... vote Green.

I'd suggest that of all parties, Green voters are the most loyal. You'll never hear a Green voter saying, "Maybe I'll vote for the guys who want to torch the planet, just for a change."
People vote Green because it aligns with their ethics, their values, their world view.
Anyone deserting the Greens would be philosophically inclined towards Labour or TPM, or if they're gullible enough, TOP.
But NZFirst? That's unnatural.

If it's within your means, its a good time to donate to the Greens. It's tax deductible up to $1500 and it will make your tax time smoother. Plus you know the money is going somewhere good instead of the equivalent of being shot into the sun under Labor.
Far better than blowing it on some #EOFYS crap too. Boosts welcome for funsies. ♻️

Hipkins gives me the impression that he'd consider going into coalition with National. Under Chippy, Labour's principles have been swept under a neoliberal rug.

Europe is burning and the majority of people are in absolute denial and about to vote for the next fascist asshole in your city, region or country. Hooray humanity.

#Labor, #Liberal, #Nationals and #OneNation all agree: gutting the NDIS is a great way to avoid taxing billionaires and taxing our gas exports.
Those that oppose gutting the NDIS: the disabled community and the Greens.
Like it or not, #LabLibNatON are a single entity beholden to corporations.

"The lesson to draw from Starmer’s time in office, however, is that voters are greener than the Tories and Reform would have the public believe, and Labour has much more to lose to the left than the right on these issues"

"The chance to change the lives of millions of people for the better. That's what I came into politics for."
#Starmer had almost two years to begin the process of changing peoples' lives for the better.
Sorting out our energy bills would have made a massive difference right from the off. Now he'll be remembered for having pensioners arrested for protesting against #GenocideWhat a twat.
And what will we get in his place? #Burnham, another member of Labour Friends of Israel.
