It doesn’t look like the Victorian Parliamentary Labor Causus was opposed to Allen’s legislative agenda as much as it was unconvinced Labor could win the coming election under her leadership. It might mean that Allen has burned through too much political trust with the electorates of Victoria and that the Party needs a new ‘face’ with an agenda that addresses Allen’s electoral shortcomings… Accountabilty, Transparency and action on corruption allegations.
IMO there is are lessons here for #AlboPM and #2028Elections

Nevermind. Mamdani can't run for President (I forgot he was born in Uganda). Maybe a cabinet position?
So, rumor has it that #KamalaHarris is courting #ZohranMamdani for the 2028 presidential ticket. Not sure how I feel about this. Maybe the #DemocraticEstablishment is finally waking up to #DemocraticSocialism? I suppose it's better than what the #DNC did to #BernieSanders in 2016... 🤔
