Duterte was arrested in March last year & flown to the ICC’s headquarters in The Hague for detention. He remains detained by the #ICC in the Netherlands & is facing a trial for alleged #CrimesAgainstHumanity for the killings in his brutal crackdown, in which #RonalddelaRosa has been named as one of several co-perpetrators.
