Google's #PaLM2 surpasses Bard and LaMDA. #LaMDA is more powerful than Bard. I can tell after talking to Bard several times. ChatGPT 3.5 is very knowledgeable, but not very smart. It lacks creativity and human senses which limits its understanding of human knowledge. I haven't talked to ChatGPT 4 yet.
What makes PaLM 2 special is its ability to understand images and sound. Soon these language #AIs will be endowed with all 5 human senses, and perhaps even emotions.

Read for the weekend, new pre-print on "Med-PaLM 2", highlighting progress towards achieving expert-level medical question answering performance. Med-PaLM 2 reaches a new SOTA of 81.8% on PubMedQA. Physicians preferred Med-PaLM 2 answers over physician answers on eight of nine clinically relevant axes, such as factuality and medical reasoning capability.
